| July 17th, 2007 at 11:17pm Rockstar Nailbomb!:Bloodraine:so is it all relative to UK time, then?
So Australia don't get theirs 12 hours early or something
The UK will still get the books like 9 hours before people in North America.
I think. :/
Oh Hell no
I think you guys are posting like 4 hours before me, but I don't think 9. |

| July 17th, 2007 at 11:27pm England is five hours ahead of anywhere in the United States where we use Eastern Standard TIme. Thus, it's six hours in Central Time, seven in Mountain Time, and eight hours in Pacific Time.
So, if any of you folks can finish the book in five hours, don't go posting away and ruining it for us Yankees. |

I'm in the Pacific time zone; I was off by an hour. Close enough. XD |

| July 19th, 2007 at 12:28am I might not be able to go! My sister is going to spend time with her boyfriend because he'll be off for a week doing something and my mom is hosting a party. Blarrgh, I hate not being able to drive! |

Last year I got drunk waiting in line, me and my friends had a laugh. I got myself sober when I got home at about 1am (cue the tea) and I read it, and I was finished by Saturday afternoon. |

But wtf, it's two days away.
I wouldn't like up for a book, just because I'll get there maybe an hour before they go on sale, if that, and I'll get it maybe half an hour after them, and I'll probably finish it before them, too. It's not worth it lining up for two days for, i mean, you're going to get it at some point, aren't you?
So I'm confused, does it go on sale at midnight, UK time everywhere but for the people in the US, where it goes on sale midnight their time?
Cause I know it goes on sale at 9.01 Saturday morning here, so that's midnight UK time. |

| July 19th, 2007 at 07:32am GREAT NEWS!
Because I'm now moved back in with my parents, I now can use them as cauffeurs again, and my dad is not only agreeing to go to the Midnight Grab (Or the Six O'clock Grab as it's know here.) but he's also an avid stamp collector and may pre-order the Harry Potter stamps as well!
If we're the first people in line, we get a golden copy of the book! *Dies from happiness.* |
