Hawthorne Heights (A Green Day Horror Story), chapter 16
"Mom. What are you doing?" Melissa screamed.
Kristen jumped and made a slight cut on Billie's neck.
"Melissa! Don't do that. When are you going to stop appearing when I try to kill Billie?" Kristen asked.
"When you stop trying to kill Billie," Melissa said.
"I swear if you appear again. I...I... I don't know what I'll do. Now move so I can slice his throat." Kristen screamed.
She shoved Melissa out of the way and made a deep cut on Billie's neck.
"NOOOOOOOO!!!!" Adrienne screamed. She started crying uncontolably. "You killed him you bastard. Why? He never did anything." Adrienne screamed.
"You are wrong. He did do something. He cheated on me with you. He deserves to die, and now that I did it you will never see me again. I have done what I wanted to do for many years. I have finally killed Billie Joe Armstrong." She smiled and dissapeared.
Melissa stayed. She walked over to Billie's body and untied him. She lay him down on the floor. She then untied Adrienne. Adrienne ran over to Billie and knelt down beside him. She lifted his head up and started crying even more when she saw the cut. Melissa came over to them. "Don't cry Adrienne. I can bring him back," Melissa said. She put her hands over the cut on Billie's neck and closed her eyes. She stayed like that for several minutes. She then took her hands off his neck. Adrienne was shocked. The cut was gone. "Don't worry. He will be asleep for a few hours but he's alive," Melissa said.
"How can I ever thank you?" Adrienne said holding Billie's head.
"There's no need to thank me. But there is one thing I do want," Melissa said.
"Name it," Adrienne said standing up.
"Let me live in your house. I love you and Billie and I would like to have a mother who cares about me," Melissa said.
"But your a ghost," Adrienne said.
"So. I can still be in your house. What do you say?" Melissa asked.
"Ok. I'll do it as a thank you for saving Billie," Adrienne said. "Could you take us home."
"Sure," Melissa said. They all dissapeared and reappeared in Billie's house.
Adrienne lay Billie onto his bed. He was starting to wake up.
"Billie. Your awake," Adrienne said, hugging him.
"Yeah. I am. I'm so glad your ok," He said. He then jumped.
"What's wrong?" Adrienne asked.
"Why is Melissa here?" Billie asked scared.
"Since she saved you I agreed to let her stay with us," Adrienne said.
"Yeah. I love you Billie. I want you to be my father, even though I'm a ghost you can still be my father," Melissa said.
Adrienne was very happy Kristen was gone. She loved Melissa also. She was a very sweet girl. The only thing Adrienne didnt like was, she didn't mind she was a ghost but she would pop up when you don't expect it. But Adrienne didn't mind. She was just happy Billie was alive.
OUTSIDE
Meanwhile Kristen was watching through the living room window. 'What the fuck. He's still alive. I have a plan that will definitly kill him.' She thought. She smiled evily then disappeared.
Kristen jumped and made a slight cut on Billie's neck.
