Miami, Florida - Convocation Center, April 14th, 2005
The opening Green Day Tour was amazing! With the suport of My Chemical Romance being there was one of the coolies concerts.
First My Chemical Romance played 6 songs and then Green Day come on.
They started with American Idiot, then did Jesus of Suburbia, in the middle of the song Billie Joe wanted to get the mush pit going so he stoped and made everyone in the building start going "Hey-ho" til' we was so hyped up, finished the song then dedicatie Are We The Waiting & St. Jimmy to My Chemical Romance.
At this time everyone was thinking to they was going to play all the American Idiot songs but then Green Day did what they always do and just blow us away when the crewed heared the beginnin of Longview everyone start yelling "Dookie Dookie" you could tell by looking on they faces that they loved being there and feeled like home.
After that they played that Billie Joe started do moon everyone in there, then masterbated and smelt his hand. All that was over in about 7 mins and then you hear Billie Joe goes "This is a big Fuck you to all the politision out there" (Holiday had began). You could see the bombs deeping behide them. Mike was swinging his bass around, Billie Joe was playing behide his head and Tre was so into the song he never even look up.
They played about 5 more songs then start to made their little band on stage. (I was going to be picked, Billie Joe was talking to me, but I didn't. Some boy was picked, but that's OK). The ones that was picked was great, the guitarist got the guitar and the bassist got to body sref the crewed (lucky).
All and all the opening concert was amazing. True unbelievible and a day that you would of never forgot.
