Carson, CA Home Depot Center, October 8th, 2005

We (myself, husband and 11 year old son) were at the 10/09/05 concert. Anyone who thinks Green Day didn't 'bring it had to be comatose.

I have been to many concerts, and without a doubt, this was by far the best I've seen in a long time... Possibly ever!

The guys in Green Day totally had the audience (which was made up of MANY different age groups) completely involved and rockin out.

They have so much energy and obvious love of what they do and of their fans.

As far as the music was concerned, Green Day is absolutely one of the most professional sounding bands I've ever heard live.

They were balls to the wall the whole show. There was never a single moment where they appeared to be giving it less than 100%.

I don't know who the idiot was that wrote the review in the L.A. Times, but they better have their pulse checked. After the show, everyone around us was talking about what a kick-ass time they had.

One more thing I'd like to mention is that even the prices of the souvenirs were reasonable, which just proves to me again that Green Day really loves their fans. This was obvious (even to the blind) on Sunday night.
