How To Relieve Stress.
I feel this is appropriate as an instructional blog because it does give advice/instructions which may help at relieving stress. Maybe you don't suffer with it, but most of the population do at one point
I get stressed very easily; you have no idea how easy it can be to wind me up. But I figured the way for me to relieve this stress; Walking
Now I don’t mean the walking where you need all sorts of boots and kagouls, I’m talking about ordinary walking.
Last night it was raining and I was stressed out so I went out and dragged by dog out with me. I don’t know why my stress went, I just felt relieved, like I didn’t have any troubles, I had the freedom which exams took off me and it felt brilliant.
But I don’t like planned walks, I live near a park which has a mile long circumference, some woods and fields to the north which run in circles and weave about and to the south are rivers and fields, and whenever I go out I have no idea where I’m going, I just walk. 10 minute walks could turn into 2 hour ones.
I’d recommend walking, whether you live in a rural village or a built up city, just pull on that coat and walk wherever you feel like. Forget your troubles and enjoy it, even if it’s only for 10 minutes.
Thanks For Reading.x

I do that. I kind of live in the countryside, so i can walk for miles and miles and miles if i so wish. It really does work.

For some people this could be hard if they live in dangerous areas or something but luckily I have a park right across the road from me. Good blog

You're lucky @ living near a park.

This is good advice, when stress hits, make a date betweem your feet and the pavement. Especially when it's raining, it's just nice.
Great blog.
