May 19th.
So much has happened on this one day over the past 3 years…
May 19th 2006
I joined GSB. Back then, when I was a year 9, I was going through such a rough patch. My friends had all deserted me and I had no one. See, they found themselves enjoying drinking and smoking, etc, while I found these quite repulsive at 13, hence I sort of pushed myself away from them and their desires, in the process finding rock, and finding Green Day. Soon, I began to sought out friends online, firstly through sites like ‘BBC’ Chatrooms and ‘Habbo Hotel’, but eventually I wandered on here to play the games, when stories were discovered and I joined.
Now, this day has obviously mattered so much to me, since after 2 years, I’m still here, I’m still standing and I’m not planning on going anywhere. I’ve met my best friends on here, and you know what, you’re all [censored] amazing. You guys have helped me grow so much that it’s unbelievable in so many immense ways.
You’ve literally changed my life.

My first Elliot Minor concert. This band mean the uttermost to me, and I saw them at their first tour date back last year for the first time at Leeds Cockpit. Inspiration and dedication from them, showed me a little more about the music world, a lot more than Green Day ever could. Coming out after shows, having open signings, just generally being frigging awesome.

Tomorrow. I’ll be too busy to write/post this then, so here we go. See, I have my first day of exam leave and upon in I have a lovely exam; Maths. I’m all grown up…sorta. It didn’t seem like last week when I was queuing up outside the venue, or filling in my GSB information, but hey, growing up is good in some aspects.
This may be short, this may seem pointless, but this date means the world to me and I wanted to commemorate it with a blog.

I've been here since July 20 2005. But that was back when I was internet iliterate and scared of joining this site.
I was on here for at least 4 months as a guest before I had the guts to join.
