Fair enough the mother not wanting it, BUT, there is some people out there that really want a baby, but cant have one, these babys should be given to peoplewho care.
There is also the point of the mother being to young, so maybe she would have to do it, because she wouldnt be able to cope.

But thats fine you gave me new things to point out. You are not supporting free choice. The person made their choice when they had sex and became pregnant. What you are is anti consequence. What you support is giving them the option of murdering one of their mistakes. They were dumb enough to have sex before they were ready for kids. Any time you have sex you are accepting the fact that you may become pregnant, even if you take every precaution, it could still happen.
So, with that in mind, abortion would be allowing the killing of something for someone elses benifit, that's murder. If abortion is allowed, then all forms of murder should be legal. Whats the difference between murdering an unborn child and any other person? There isnt one, which is exactly why abortion needs to be illegal.

We have different opinions and we cant change that. People do illegal abortions even when they are legal. If it was illegal women would do it anyway and that would bring to even worse complications, there for not only the "baby" (because it isnt tehnically a baby when you do the abortion, its a fetus), bu the mother would die too. I cant really say thats fair. Its not right to kill the baby, but the mother doesnt have to die too to make things right and "fair." Nobody should die, but with the abortion being illegal the chances are bigger for that to happen.

I think that just the doctor should go to prison, not the mother.
Well, it is evidently her choice to condemn to death a child implanted within her.
The doctor is unlikely to abort the baby unless the mother decides removing the baby is the right option. Therefore it is a joint descision and both parties are equally guilty of manslaughter (or, indeed, murder, because under a common court of law mudrer requires either the intent to kill. I'd say abortion is pretty much intentional).

This is totally off topic, but after trekking for a week, when I came back yesterday, my ankles got so swollen they looked like pregnant lady ankles. They are like twice their normal size.

Anyways...I do not believe that abortions should be legal unless the mother had been raped and shows signs of rape and does not want he baby. But, I think that morning after pills are fine. I take morning after pills when needed, because I think it is alright as another method of contraception.

Some people are forced into abortion, like in China with the one child policy. Some have abortions, others just wait till the baby is born and then kill it, which I think the latter is worse.

They shouldn't just claim though, anybody can claim to have been raped. They must go through a sexual assult test to prove it. Just to prove they were raped.
