I could never be a vegetarian. A) I'm proudly one of those greasy-food-loving Americans
And B) It ticks me off when people hate people for hunting. The deer population where I live is insane. People are encouraged to hunt because so many people die every year from deer related car accidents.
And also peta is one of my largest pains in the bum, but that's just my standing.

Personally I just feel cleaner not eating meat or fish, it's nothing specifically about animal rights really. It was just an experiment to see how I felt then I decided it felt a lot nicer than how I'd feel when I ate meat, so I gave it up completely. So yeah tbh it was more to control my ocd than anything else, but now I don't eat meat I haven't had an ocd episode for months

I feel cleaner for being vegan. Not... Weighed down after a meal. Meat was so heavy and ugh. Plus, I don't have to worry about salmonella or that crap... Or ever being overweight as long as I'm eating in moderation.
Tofu is ridiculously filling, even in small quantities

I admire vegans so much, I hope one day I'll be able to be one too. I'm happy for you.

I wouldn't say never, there still is the risks of cross-contamination. But it is highly reduced, I'll give you that.

Population control is not our job.
No wait, actually it kind of is isn't it? That's how the food chain works, right? The higher trophic levels eat the lower ones so nothing goes out of control.

That's how it works yeah. Too many of one species means less food per animal means more animals die. or somethin'.

Salmonella is a type of bacteria. It is usually found in poultry, eggs, unprocessed milk and in meat and water.

I've tried and I get sick I don't know why, because I take vitamins, but I have yet to find any that work well enough for me to go vegan. And I take perscription vitamins. I swear I think I'm my doctors experiment, he changes them all the time. I won't give up though
