Yes. Yes it was that video. And to find out they're a New Zealand band makes me ashamed to live here.

I've "tried" to be a vegetarian many of times, but it never lasts long.
I believe the longest was four days. Yeah, I am that weak.
Anywho, everytime I try I get shit on by my parents. Esp. my dad.
I can't even explain it, but it pisses me off.

I think it would really be hard for me to live without meat.

I guess it's just easier for some people than it is for others...

I am mostly vegetarian, I only eat meat at home and it has to be organic (raised on farms etc.) and the only reason I do that is cause my parents eat meat + potatoes + salad like every night and my mom didn't know what to feed me Razz I'll more than likely become fully vegetarian once I move out and everything.

Wow. I definitely don't think I could be a vegetarian. Too much temptation. Now maybe if I moved to a deserted island I could pull it off, but right now, no.

I'm the opposite. I don't think I could ever eat meat again. Ever. Seriously, if you think about what you're eating, and if you knew what it went through to get to your plate, you'd probably change your mind. Dno

Thankfully, where I live it's actually highly unlikely that any meat I eat had to go through some inhuman process to end up on my plate. But that's just the thing, inhuman, not even human in the first place. Not to say we shouldn't be treating animals better than we already are, but animals do not have rights, sorry to say. All they have is maybe hope, hope that humans could treat them better.

Well I mean, there are certain things I try not to eat just because I've seen which part of an animal goes into it, like hotdogs or chicken nuggets, now that process is what makes me sick, but its not like I killed the thing myself, but I do have certain things I won't do, like I don't like going to a seafood restaurant and seeing the lobsters in a tank or anything.

Come to think of it, why does Sea World have a sea food restaurant, you're halfway through your fish taco and then you think "Oh my god! I could be eating a slow learner!" Shocked Shocked

No, because if it has rights, it has responsibilities. Animals do not have responsibilities, because it is an abstract thought. OK, so maybe very few animals have them like dogs, or dolphins, or bonobo chimpanzees, but only the incredibly intellegent ones. They do not have rights, not to say that it is our responsibility to see that they are treated humanly.
