They are afraid that being around gays will somehow get them converted, or they are scared that a gay person is checking them out or something...Seriously, if you don't have a problem with your own sexuality, then why would you have a prejudiced attitude to anyone who is gay, bi or straight? What is that problem that's lurking in your brain going "what if I go gay too?"...
