I was always accepting and tolerant of all different types of people until recently I saw Brokeback Mountain and it really opened my eyes to how hard it can be for homosexuals to find acceptance in this world. And discrimination doesn't just happen at school or in the movies, it's all around us which I learnt when my Grandmother said she was disgusted that I saw it and the movie should be banned. It's a very moving and heartbreaking film that I suggest everyone see.

It is also my belief that enviornmental factors have a big bearing on sexuality; I believe it can be influenced.

i personally have no problem with gays because my uncle richard is gay an I see him holdin hands with his b/f and y all the time.but i geuss people have different opinions on certain things

i dont agree with homosexuality, i find it unnatural and i think that one is not 'born that way' as if it were part of them. i think that they decide to be gay. I IN NO WAY dislike people who are homosexual, nor do i penelize them for their choices. i CANT stand when people are cracking jokes about "oh this gay guy this, and this lezbo that". i dont think its weird at all that i disagree with thier choices yet i respect them for it, in my opinion NO ONE should be judged because of their sexual preference, or ANYTHING else!

Look, I didn't "choose" to be bi. Believe me, I'd rather not have to feel uncomfortable every time anyone mentions homosexuality.

I don't think that people choose to like guys or girls, I mean, you don't choose who you are attracted to. "Oh, I'm going to like that person now", thats not the way it works.

I think that it is what happens in your life and they way that you have been brought up, and so on that determines if you are gay or not.
