Dreams about The Clash

Yeah,I don't know about you guys, but I get wierd dreams all the time. I've had a few recently about The Clash,and I don't know,they are strange,so I decided I should share 'em.

So here is one I had last night:

I was going to the VMA's (Yeah,don't ask) and Joe was there. He was walking around the place where the red carpet would be,while it was getting prepared and stuff,and he was like "Is this for the kids? Are these flags for them?" and he was walking around saying that over and over. Then,I got bored and left and went to the supermarket,and then I went to some marine place with boats. Mick was there,and he was a boat driver,so he invited me and some people to get on a boat and ride with him. But he explained to us the boat had a chain around it and we needed to get it loose. So,while we were riding around in the water,and started making the boat do donuts and I almost puked. Then he stopped the boat up at the pier and I got off and went home. My dad was there and I started thinking "Hey,dad was in Big Audio Dynamite,I should ask him if he knows Mick"(My dad was NEVER in B.A.D,let alone any band,so this doesn't make much sense). So,I went up to my dad and said "Hey Dad,you are a producer,do you know Mick Jones?"(he's a furnature truck driver for pete's sake!) so he said "No....Well....I don't remember. No. Actually,Dan might know him,I'm gonna call up Dan and ask."

And that's all I remember. And who the hell is Dan?


Also,some of the people on strummernews said that after Joe's death,they had lots of dreams about him, but like comforting as if he were coming from beyond to help them with there grief or something. Have any of you gotten that?

So yeah,just talk about your clash dreams.

i think i had one the other night that was in some small way related to The Clash... don't remember it now though

..fuuuuck. i found a whole bunch of tickets to see Green Day, Jimmy Eat Worls on ebay. i wanna go to that more than anything, but they're not coming to my state, and i doubt my mother would let me go to another state even if i COULD afford it. and i know a bunch of people on GSB who are going to those shows >_<

OH YEAH,I also had a short dream a few nights ago that I went into a coffee shop, and I read the newspaper they had sitting out. The main headline was about Mick, and he had became a school teacher, but all the kids made fun of him because he was bald, so then he cried and quit his job. The end.
That dream upset me. Poor Mick.

Gosh. Poor Mick, I am still tramatized by that.
I haven't had a dream about Paul though....or was it him?
I had this one dream....I'm not gonna explain it. But it was either Mick or Paul...
(HAHAAHH when I was typing "Paul" I accidentally wrote "Pail" HAHAHHAAH that's funny)

i was reminded of it when you said hwo they were being mean to Mick, i THINK in my dream someone, or several people were being mean to Paul ;_;

i had a dream i was having a clash partay!!! WOO

and all my friends had blonde hair... they could only grow it back to normal if they hosted a clash partay

i have one about TLE i rember. was at some concert. crowd was divided into an +18 section and an under 18 section

ha. that's pretty much my only recent dream i remember

I had a sort of Clash themed dream. I was working for some shop that sold music stuff and so did The Clash , and one of the jobs i had to do was unload guitars from this lorry. So Joe was stood on top of this lorry throwing guitars down at me and i caught them and gave them to Mick, Paul and Topper but one time i looked away and this guitar fell from the sky and killed me. Damn.

Well yeah...it was a great way to die anyway...
