I agree. I don't see why everyone likes them so much. The lead singer has the most obnoxious voice in my opinion.

And I hate Marilyn Manson too.

Human Nature are barely even known anymore, they're just putting out shitty records aimed at mature women "for mothers day". Therefore: they aren't overrated, because they aren't popular and noone likes nor talks about them anymore.

the definition of Overrated is: used to an excessive degree.

you can't exactly use a band to an excessive degree, their music can be overplayed but the band itself cannot be overrated.

and if you say, it means overrated as in Sellouts thenthat also doesn't make sense. A sellout is some one who betrays their cause or associates like Green Day for example.

Give me three good reasons to why those bands are overrated and it can't be because they suck because that's your personal opinion and that doesn't make them fall into the catergory of overrated.

And don't bitch to me saying I don't like Green Day, Because I do, I'm just telling the truth.

in some cases you seem to get overrated confused with sellout and in others you're just saying it because you don't like the band.

You can't say a band is overrated because they are popular.

Overrated can also mean that they aren't as good as they say they are. thats why it's called overRATED

and its not a band's fault if they're popular

I'm not condemming a band for being popular, they jsut can't be considered overrated if they are popular. that's a false accusation.

Never said there was a right and wrong for music, but there a good a bad and a bad that sound like a carbon copy of a shit load of other american bands is bad in my veiw
