How about James McAvoy? He can seemingly do any accent brilliantly (he can carry off an Irish accent, so I love him). Also, he has the Scot Factor.

Is it true what everybody's saying about Owen!?!?! Yeah, but if you watch the teaser for the week after it you should be able to guess what's coming. Hint: "That's the thing about ******, sir. They tend to come in pairs... (now let's have kinky stopwatch fun plz)" We had the Tom Cruise idea for Grey earlier too! But then we decided he was too weird and went for Elijah Wood instead. My friend said that someone was leaving the series for good though? ... There's a chance Owen could come back?! YES PLEASE! I was saying earlier... I mean... Suzie got shot in the head, she came back. Gwen got shot through the head slowly, she came back. Ianto got chucked into water by his girlfriend, he came back. Jack's been killed many many times and always come back and then they're not going to let Owen back?! No wai. They have to bring him back for poor Tosh. Just to prove that she can have a relationship that isn't doomed! Right. Because JB is not weird or crazy in any way It's Torchwood, for crying out loud. I'm starting to think they should replace the theme tune with, "I get knocked down, but I get up again". They won't get rid of Owen, no wai.
