"According to a more detailed review of Fragments - which comes from a 'private members only' forum, so we can't post the exact spoilers word for word - Ianto actually stalks Jack and delibrately tries to woo him, in order to gain access to TW3 - ie Ianto does have a hidden agenda. Apparently there's quite a lot of flirting between the two them.
If this is true, than it would help to explain Jack's extreme anger towards Ianto during the Cyberwoman episode. It also poses the question of whether or not Jack is still weary of getting close to Ianto, as he was clearly capable of having a flirty relationship with Jack whilst still loving Lisa? Personally, I love the idea that Ianto was able to pull the wool over Jack's eyes. 
Apparently whilst the Ianto backstory has a *few* dark undertones, the Owen and Tosh backstories have *very* dark undertones."
