Some of the schools around where I live have senior service. Mine does and hte public school for where I live does too. Basically you spend the last month or so doing something like community service and you have to do a certain amount of hours a week. But you get out of school a month early. My school they start April so we basically finish school in April

I still have another year til I'm a senior

Oh seriously? Noo.. we just get out earlier than everyone else. We get out about a month earlier.

Omg, I just laughed thinking about that, haha. I was nearly in tears a few times during the movie which surprised me because I'm very picky about race/ethnicity/sexuality/class issues...but he made fun of EVERYONE so it was hard not to laugh.

I didn't watch Lost and I think I may be over it. But lemme tell ya, Grey's has gotten so good I'm DYING to tell you what happened last night. But I won't...I'll behave

I'm glad you're home safely and sad that you're sunburnt. If it makes you feel better I burnt the top of my feet in Cancun which = pain all week. Invest in some aloe (keep it in the fridge and it feels even better!) and bath in it, haha.

How exactly do you get sunburnt on your foot? . That's pretty cool. When I get burnt it's always in the same spots. Although I think I got burnt on my legs which is GOOD I needed sun there since my legs were white from soccer and basketball.

I usually hate when people make fun of race/religion etc.. and my dad is racist so I hear no end of it but you can't help but laugh at Borat.

DONT TELL! I'm waiting for the damn season to end so I can rent/buy/borrow Season 3. Whenever the hell ever happens

Aaand the top of my feet got burned because it's like being on the surface of the sun down there. I had been tanning for about a month before because you need a base when you go down there because of how intense the sun is. Anyway, I lathered up every day but the first day I was there I forgot about my feet....because who burns their feet? No one. So, after that I stuck my feet in the sand and it was fine, haha. But wearing flip-flops was a BITCH.

Your dad is racist? I think it was their generation (not that that's an excuse), but I find myself constantly correcting my older relatives, especially my aunts and my grandpa. My grandpa is TERRIBLE. I almost had a stroke one time because he was in the hospital after surgery and he had a black nurse for an afternoon and he was like "Why do they let n****** work here?" Dear GOD. My dad and I practically fell over ourselves correcting him and apologizing to the woman. It's awful and embarrassing for the rest of us who weren't raised under that type of social construct.

My dad really isn't that old. He's like 46 or so. He's racist against asians I think it's just because my town is being overtaken by them since their are so many asians coming in and they start with NYC and since we live in the suburbs of NYC there are tones and my town isn't even recognizable anymore. I go downtown and can't read half the signs. Btu that doesn't make me racist. Plus we had a really bad relationship iwth my neighbors.. well he did really... so I dunno. I guess it fueled from there but I hate when he says obnoxious shit.. it bothers me.

How to Save a Life is a really good. I didn't want to admit it since everyone else loves it..but it's damn good. And it reminds me of Grey's whenever I watch it.

Do you ever have it, where one of your frends is accusing another friend of doing something behind their back, but you rationalise every claim they make until finally the argument comes down to some stupid and petty? Cos I'm stuck right in the middle of it and I'm not used to arguments. I've decided I don't like them much.

And yes a couple of my friends do that with each other quite alot, to the point that they don't even really know why they're argueing, they just are, for the sake of it. It's so annoying because they drag you into it and want you to take sides

My day was good Went to Mike's, persuaded him to come for a walk, and he was normal, just like the old Mike all afternoon, he wasn't edgy or weird or anything, so maybe I just need to keep trying and he'll get better again

Nah, I am always making cakes, hahaha. My friend sent out a bulletin on myspace saying "bake me cake princess lozzington" so I did...haha.
