Firstly: OMG KOOPA ARE AT NO. 21 IN THE OFFICIAL CHARTS!!!!!!!
Secondly: NY needs to learn how to deal with sarcastic Brits who are mildly prejudiced against ignorant Americans (not all Americans, just the ignorant ones...although...nah, I won't say it) because FP is on her way over and will be staying for a week.
Good news all round.

I thought I was going to New York next week but I don't think I am now...but I still might be. If I wind up there I'll keep an eye out for sarcastic Brits And I should be offended by the anti-American sentiment but I can't say I really blame you...
I'll wave to you too! |

You must wave in an acceptable manner, otherwise I will most likely pretend I don't know you, hahaha.
Even abroad FP has to be cool. |

Ah, everybody should wear sunscreen was on the radio today. I'm gonna get that on my iPod fo' sho. I've got it on tape (yeah, that's how long ago it was) and it was on Now 37, I think. And we're on now 60-odd I think. The time has most definitely flown.
Speaking of which, I swear I looked at the clock like 30 seconds ago and it said 2.16....it's no 2.44. WTF?
Time is making a fool out of me again. |

That was my favourite bit of the whole thing, and DT looked so cute after Jack said "So you're prejudiced? Shame on you!" and the Doctor was all "Yep". Ah, he just looked dead cute at that. And when he asked Jack if he wanted to die and Jack ignored him.
God I loved the interaction between them. Especially the whole "Captain Jack Har-" "Stop ittttt!" Especially loved it the first time cos he was ever so slightly being a bit "hands off, Martha's mine."
But then he said it all the time and the moment was gone.
Bless him.
But a three part finale?!?!?! OMG.
Yeah that bit! When he pressed his head up against the glass was so cute. That whole scene was by far my favourite part of the episode, well that and the bit where John Simm is running around the Tardis.
I can't wait for the next episode.
I start my new job tomorrow! |

Yay for new job! |

In New York, someone probably will And what, exactly, is an acceptable manner of waving? |

And even if I do see you on Friday, I think the more pressing issue would be how the fuck I ended up in NY, as opposed to your choice of wave. |

Flaming Phalanges! Basket Case
Age: 35 Gender: Female Posts: 17669 | June 18th, 2007 at 11:11pm City only. 7 days in NY...something I never thought I'd be mildly excited about...what with me being so horrendously anti-american that it's not even funny anymore, it's just mean, since you lot are all very nice.
Any reccomendations for places to visit? |

Ha whenever people say their going to NY I always have to ask if it's the state or the city?
Did you live in Glens Falls? I remember you mentioning it and I passed a sign for it on the way back from Vermont last week. |

Times Square.. stare at all the pretty lights and whatnot I always find that fun. Other than I know nothing. There's a great restaurant but you need to havea lot of people. AndI can't remmeber the name so that doesn't help. For someone who lives practically 20 min away from the city I know nothing. . Everyone around me goes to the city like every weekend, I'm like the only person. Although Sex in the City, Will and Grace and Friends has made me appreciate NYC more. |
