I'm pretty much recovered, went back to work last week but its a bit crazy atm what with summer fairs, field trips and sports days. I had a good sports day this year, I pretty much just laid on the grass with a megaphone, yelling at kids to run faster and employing all the troublemakers that had gotten disqualified to bring me things.

Found this cute German MTV video, in which BJ looks so adorably grumpy and sleepy at the beginning that I just want to reach into the screen and tickle him or something. I just especially love interviews that ask completely pointless questions about cats and ice cream etc, cause I really don't give a shit about their deep meaningful opinions on politics and the music industry anymore, I have to be honest. I mean, we knoooooow....



Mike in particular looks hungover as shit. I love them.

I just saw The Wallflowers in concert and they were nothing short of amazing. I love when I'm pleasantly surprised by a band that Eli suddenly decides he can't live without seeing in concert

Mike is 110% hungover in that video, haha. And Elle you stated it perfectly: I'm over hearing about their opinions on politics and finding your own voice and having the power to elect leaders, etc. I like interviews that are a bit silly and random!

P.S. I couldn't understand, even after watching 12 times, what city Tre said he would be. He was hard to hear in this video

I was giggling so much at Mike's lengthy description of why he was Oakland, he sounded like a travel brochure. I'm not sure he understood that the question was asking which city he would BE, not go to, haha, bless him.

I loved that Billie was Rome. Probably cause he is romantic and beautiful and er... hot. *tackles him*.

I'm concerned that none of the people reading Crowded are actually slash fans. They are going to get pissier by the day, Liz, we need to somehow try and convert them. Like some kind of slash mission.

It's official. I'm THE dumbest person alive.

I went on holiday with Will to Scotland and he suggested I took my bike up as he's really into his biking and thought we could do some together while we were up there. Foolishly I agreed, and bearing in mind I havn't been on a bike since I was about 14 years old I don't know why I did.

It was all going really well and we were doing some really steep dowhilling and riding over roots and rocks and stuff and it was great fun until I took an epic spill halfway down one of the tracks and skidded down the rest on my knees. I can now barely bend my knees as they're both bandaged up and so is one of my arms, and I also have a rather fetching graze on my cheek. Hardcore.

I too tried to be brave though and didn't cry (much to mine and Will's shock I think)! I think he was just as mortified as I was as the whole thing was his idea. Needless to say, my bike's going back in the shed where it belongs.

Okay, and because I've had a long day and my brain is completely fried, I thought that picture of Tre was a new picture and he was now gorgeously blonde and my mental state immediately improved and I felt the need to dance. Then I used my over-processed brain and realized you were only making a point about his hair and hello, that picture is obviously old...imagine my disappointment Disappointment aside, I'm ALL about tracking down Tre and demanding he let us show him how to properly ruffle his hair. For pity's sake, doesn't he realize it's just not working all slicked up and back. Gross.

Elle, I honestly don't understand how someone isn't a slash fan. Which pairing are they mostly rooting for? Billie and Jamie? And do they not realize it would be nearly impossible for Jamie to choose between Billie and Tre? ffs. I'm going over to that thread right now and by the time I'm done those people are going to be BEGGING for the yummy slash! xx

Thanks for your input on my story thread. I especially loved the post from that girl who was like "oh, I'll be happy if she ends up with Tre instead", clearly not even contemplating the possibility that its the BOYS that get together. Haha. I posted another chapter btw. I'm on a bit of a roll lately.

He goes all out on 4th of July and blasts Bruce Springsteen and declares his love for America and dresses my cousins in NY Mets and NY Giants outfits.

I do kind of miss having a day off for July 4th though, not only did I NOT get a day off, I had to work yesterday because it was my school's summer fair, which was obviously so exciting I felt the need to get drunk straight afterwards.
