Guh, when she finds the necklace and you just know whats going to happen. It just kills me.

Apparently the dog got bored halfway through, which is why he looked ridiculous. He's been restrained in the backyard and made to continue with the haircut, and it looks fine now Smile

Database error, nope. Maybe the error is just you.

GAH the fucking message board won't load unless I got to specific thread links. GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR.

I just want to give her a huge hug. And I love the bit with the signs. I think I would die if a fitty came to my door with a sign that says 'To me you are perfect'. GOSH.

Glad to hear the dog now looks like a respectable member of canine society.

Decided against Love Actually and ended up with Die Hard. Up

Aww, Elle, I'm sorry you're sick! I will go pick up Nurse Billie immediately and bring him over...we'll see what sorts of remedies he suggests! Wink

(P.S. Thanks Elle for mentioning something about BA being updated here. It didn't even occur to me to post about it, haha)

Btw, I just read that GD performed Give Me Novacaine in Philadelphia last night. This upsets me as I love that song. I have also read something about an afterparty taking place and some of the fans being able to attend and interact with Tre. This also upsets me.

JAR, At The Library and When I Come Around tonight. WTF. They're on a roll with this. I'm impressed they're actually sticking to this new "change up the setlist" thing. I remember being a tad disappointed when the Foos didn't do anything different not that I wasn't disappointed that I was seeing them live up close anyways.

And I'm seeing them on Saturday in the pit Smile Any warnings for the pit? I hear it's rough. When I was in the pit it was sort of rough but not too much. And its either my deaf friend who doesn't really know much Green Day who's the same height as me or my other friend who's tiny, like 5'1. Should be interesting whoever I take. Well acutally they're both not really into Green Day anyways but I'm dragging one of them and I've warned them that the pit is not gentle.

Oi just checked GDC again a second ago and apparently they played Going to Pasalacqua as well. Jeesh what's so special about Pittsburgh? Razz Midget Maroo's gonna come back from Ireland, see this and smack me.

and FP and Lizzola I get that Database Error thing too. Usually when I'm posting something hence why I end up double posting.

Ummm, yeah, what IS so special about Pittsburgh? Haha, I just want to go to a show where they play all old stuff. Maybe at some point during the show they could take requests or something.

They played Going to Pasalascqua for the first few shows on the tour, but they haven't played When I Come Around anywhere else. If they play Nice Guys Finish Last at some point I'm going to be upset again. Perhaps I should just quit my job, get tickets to the remaining shows and that way I can hear all my favorite songs Smile

May I join please? Screw the little kiddies. They'll get along fine without me. Just had some kid who told me he didn't like me and then admitted me he liked me a little bit and then furiously denied that he would miss me at the end of the summer.

I would KILL to go to a show with all old stuff. Those Webster and Bowery shows looked amazing but these recent shows are looking amazing too. They better pull out some good stuff when I see them.

My brother was judging me when I told him I was driving all the way to Albany for the day to see Green Day on Saturday. I was ready to punch him. I then threw the argument that I'm making more money than him this summer and I'm spending money that I acutally HAVE. Didn't really shut him up but made me feel a bit better.

Yes! Let's gather a group, rent a Winnebago and follow our favorite men around for the summer. Oh my gosh, what a good time that would be, and I bet we could lure Tre on the bus with the promise of candy and lewd sexual acts Wink

I'm excited you're going to see GD on Saturday! And good for you for defending yourself against your brother. Why the hell does he care what you do or who you see? And hello, does he not realize that GD puts on the best live show ever? (Aside from Foo, of course Wink)

Also, don't worry too much about being on the floor. People can get a little rowdy but it's so worth it if you can get close enough to see Billie sweat....or get pulled on stage. Guuuuh.

Argh, I cannot WAIT for the show. I'm kind of glad they are changing the set up because at this rate I will have watched the whole on thing on Youtube several times before I even get there anyway.

Liz, there are quite a few Chicago clips up if you're interested, Billie Joe was giggly and adorable. I was watching him tell everyone in the crowd to make sex noises then making fun of the guy who was going 'AAAARGH!'. Lmao. I totally love him.

Elana, the floor is the only place to watch the show, in my opinion. You'll have a great time. Sometimes it gets rough but it usually is rough in certain places, you can jst move around till you find somewhere where you can see and not get your head kicked in.

I am feeling a lot better thanks Liz, but I''ll take Nurse Billie anyway. I don't mind him keeping me company in my bed this morning (should probably get up at some point...)

They NEVER changed their set on the last tour. If I watched one show I'd practically seen them all, even down to the 'and my name is asshole' bullshit that Billie spouted at every show. That was my only downer on them, but if they're changing stuff around and Billie's ditched the script then I'm super excited.

To those who had the Database error, are you using the latest version of IE? Cos if you all are then I'mma ditch this shit and head over to Firefox.

I'm glad you're feeling better today, Elle! I will happily still send Nurse Billie over (in full uniform, of course) to keep you company and to keep you comfortable until Sam gets home Wink

Haha, by the time Green Day go overseas their setlist won't be recognizable. It is nice they mix it up a bit just because you never know what you'll get. I was disappointed that Billie didn't say "And the man I shower naked with Mr. Tre Cool" when he introduced Tre though. I was sort of hoping he'd keep saying that until they were at least 50.

Guh, and giggly Billie makes my work week just that much easier. Thanks for the heads up on the Chicago videos! xx

I use Firefox too and I get it sometimes but not that often. I thought everybody used Firefox these days... get with the 21st century, FP.

I guess they have to keep some things the same, it would be such hard work to be spontaneous every night and there's no need since most people only go to one show. I like that he's getting kids up on stage and "saving" them though, it looks pretty cool. He's so cute with kids, it makes my insides go runny. Smile

Bah, I couldn't get onto the main message board page at all yesterday evening, I had to type in the names of the different boards I wanted to visit and it was all very hassley.

Safari was fine, but i ditched that a few months ago cos it kept logging me out of internet banking.

lol, it cracks me up that people think you have swine flu! Although it's a good excuse to use if you don't feel up to babysitting Wink

Oh, and BJ interacting with children make my ovaries happy. Really, anything Billie does makes my ovaries happy. I can also remember when Green Day did that MTV diary with Blink 182 and there's a scene where Tre is holding little Frankito and Tre says to him in a soft voice, "You want them to go away, huh?" (Talking about the camera crew). I was fully ready to declare that I wanted kids after seeing that, haha.

GUH. Totally. I remember at Milton Keynes, Billie pulled this tiny boy out of the front and carried him across the stage so he could help him spray the crowd with his water pistol and then he gave him this adorable little cuddle before he put him back down and the girl next to me (who I didn't know at all) went 'Oh my Fuck! I think one of my ovaries just exploded!' Haha. Her exclamation did totally sum up my own feelings.

And I KNOW, I'm completely bored of swine flu. It is fucking flu for crying out loud. Nobody is going to die, unless they were going to die anyway, or unless they are living in a country with poor healthcare, in which case they would also die of normal flu, in which case THAT is the main area of concern, really. FFS.

I sort of hope I do have it, so that I can demonstrate how to soldier on through FLU without fucking whining about it 24/7.
