Lexus where have you been? I was about to send out a virtual search party!!
The fuss about it is is that it's a new type of disease so your immune system isn't used to fighting it. Your body already has defences against colds, normal flu, infections etc etc but it needs to find a new way to fight swine flu, so those with weaker immune systems, such as babies, young children, old people or people who are suffering from another kind of disease already are at a greater risk of it being serious than healthy young upstarts like ourselves are. Where they might be able to fight off flu, they might not be so lucky with swine flu.
But we don't have anything to worry about, so it's okay.

I've been looking after my grandma! She just had a half knee replacement and thus is a little immobile, so I offered my services as taxi and general helper for a few days.
And I have just spent the whole evening on the phone to Will trying to get a handle on the boy's ever changing plans so I can arrange to see him. It's stupid I make plans to suit him, book tickets and then his plans change. Men.

Aw, what a good little granddaughter you are Lexus!
Pfft, give your man what for and let him know who's boss!
Ah, what's the one thing a drunken ZR must do before she goes to bed? Drunk post of course! Bless you and your inebriatedness.
What's Manchester like btw? I feel I should know seeing as it will be my nearest gig city for the next three years, though I'm coming back to London about 5 times before the year's out, hahaha.

Oh we've all been there I'm sure!
Why does it always seem such a good idea at the time?!

I'm awesome.
I've been on to him on the phone today and told him what I'm doing now, if he doesn't like it then he can lump it. This is the plan now, and it's FINAL.

It's quarter to three, should I get out of bed? My stomach says yes but my legs say NOOO NOOO NO.

Jesus Christ. I'm only just upright.
Drove to Tesco earlier to get breakfast items, had to abandon car halfway cause realised I was still drunk.
Manchester is okay, didn't see much of it. Went to pick up new car, drove back to Sheffield with it stalling at every junction cause new gearbox is weird, Sam realised halfway back that he had left his wallet so we had to go back again, this caused us to have massive fight on the Snake Pass, then called in on friend from summer camp who decided it would be a good idea to come back with us and get drunk. He hasn't moved from our couch yet today.

I know the feeling. I've been feeling steadily worse all day.... am now watching the Grand Prix in my pajamas and on my 6th cup of tea... just about ready to attempt solid food.
The Grand Prix really is crap isn't it? I don't understand why boys get so excited about it, it's just cars going round a track and racing drivers talking in one tone of voice.

I like that, 'then he'll be perfect' hahahaha.

What can I say.
I had that battle this morning too, but my decision was quickly taken for me by a small child jumping on my bed asking for pop tarts...
I can hear the Grand Prix going on downstairs, sounds just like it does every week.
I DID get up in the end, but only to get a bowl of Nesquik before I got straight back into bed, hahaah. There's some kettle chips downstairs and I kind of want them, but it seems silly to eat them when I only just had breakfast.
I do not envy you Lexus. Tbh if a small child was jumping on my bed asking for pop tarts I'd probably say something rather rude to them to get them to go away, but hey, you're much nicer than I am, haha.
OMG I WON TICKETS TO SEE MIKA AT THE ITUNES FESTIVAL ON FRIDAY.
MY REACTION IS COMPARABLE TO THIS:
Replace NINTENDO SIXTY FOURRRRRRRR with MIKAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA ITUUUUUUUUNES FESTIVAAAAALLLLL and you've pretty much got my life for the last ten minutes.

Ah this brings back memories of Christmas in my house when I've done well with my Christmas shopping. Kind of makes you wish you got them something they didn't want?
Ah they've been jumping on my bed for years I'm used to it by now. As long as they stay away when I have Will over I don't care. That would just be awkward. Ha.
I actually did feel like a five year old at Christmas, it was brilliant. Kel brought me back down to earth by putting AWFUL mental images in my head though, so the high ended pretty quickly.
Hahaha, awkward indeed, you don't want to have to deal with those kinds of questions just yet.

Indeed. They're actually very good when he's here though, they just revert to knocking on the door very loudly until they get a response. Ah children.
