Yeah, Jared Leto wa in Panic Room. That was acutally a really good film. I loved Forest Whittaker in it, he's been in some mega movies - Last King of Scotland was brilliant and Phone Booth.
My Mum's opinion of Phone Booth 'it was all a bit samey - he was just on the phone all the time'.

I don't know where to start! They played for almost two and a half hours and they played a wide range of songs. Billie was quite fired up when he came out and as usual he tried to involve the crowd as much as possible. I bet he pulled five or six people up on stage for various things. During East Jesus Nowhere he decided he needed to "save" someone so he pulled a kid out of the crowd and he kept whispering in his ear about different things he should for dramatic effect. The kid was probably about ten and his name was Joseph which Billie liked. My ovaries promptly exploded He pulled a random girl from the crowd during "The Waiting Unknown" and she just sort of stood up there and waved her hands around, and, smartly, kept an arm around him as long as possible.
He grabbed another kid from the crowd to sing "Longview". He was actually really good and totally took advantage of being up on stage. Towards the end he forgot the lyrics and then Billie grabbed the microphone back and playfully kicked him off stage. Billie then pulled this girl Rosie out of the crowd after that to finish the song and she immediately gave Billie a huge hug, haha. She was nervous and forgot the words but Billie didn't seem to care. He then encouraged her to stage dive, which she looked really unsure about. Before she did it she ran over and gave Mike a big hug (smart girl) and waved at Tre, haha. I couldn't believe no one accosted Tre...that would have been my mission. Anyway, Billie also had someone come up and play his part for "Jesus of Surbubia" and then two other guys were pulled up to squirt people with water and to just generally stand there as Billie groped them
Tre is obscenely blonde and as wonderfully ADD as ever. At the end of "American Euglogy" he stood up on one of the equipment cases next to his drum rise and pretended to direct the band with his drumstick. I can't tell you how many drumsticks he threw either behind his head or into the crowd. During "King For A Day" Jason Freese dressed as Michael Jackson which was interesting, haha. Billie wore his cop hat, of course, and I immediately started screaming. He came out and said, "This is the Detroit police" and everyone booed him, haha. During another song he asked for someone to give him a Detroit Tigers hat so someone from the crowd threw one at him and he put it on and said, "Green Day's from Detroit from now on." That news went over well. During "Holiday" he was out on the ramp in the crowd and he noticed someone had a crutch and he was like "Give that to me! I'll give it back" LOL...so they passed Billie this person's crutch and he danced around with it for a minute or two.
At the end of the encore Billie sang an acoustic version of "Macy's Day Parade", which was gorgeous, but before Tre and Mike left the stage, Tre ran over and tried to grab Billie's balls...guh, my brain exploded. They sounded amazing as usual and they had so much energy! Their shows never disappoint, I tell ya.
I was there! And you're right, they so did not disappoint. Its always lovely.

girls, whats occurring? I know i havent been on here in a rather long time but i went on mibba and elle and liz told me i should drop in and i realised how much i missed all my gsb girls 
ive just spent an inordinate amount of time browsing this thread but all i really got was gushing about green day concerts and critiques of tre cool's hair - im so glad nothign changes. off the record, i think tre makes a sexerific blond but then i did go through a bleach blond phase myself so maybe i just sympathise.

And something random and ironic, I found a pair of my old jeans in this box because my moved and up the leg it says "Jonny is the sexiest gay boy ever" or something along those lines. I haven't seen the jeans since I was 14 at least and I turned 17 last month Jonathon!

And Billie was going on about not listening to what the tv or computer says, and he says "My penis is just fine, I don't need your fucking pills"

Best part hands down was when my mum paid for me and Tom and Lily to go on this dolphin safari because she was so fed up with us annoying her in this museum her and Rob wanted to go to! It involved a trip on a 40mph speed boat (including donuts and figures of eights) and 1 1/2 hours watching the dolphins. Score.
