my nephew skyped me earlier and performed a magic trick that involved whacking a lump covered in a duvet with a magic wand. the lump then removed the duvet and revealed our very own ellie may, who apparently is having such a great time in scotland that she and her bf lost the will to live and left the country. theyre now in belfast getting fed tea and cake by my mother. it made me feel homesick, someone hug me.

And Steve Jones = pure sex. He's presenting a panel show on the Beeb now and it's actually really good - it's not cruel humour like Buzzcocks or Mock the Week and it's pre-watershed so it's nothing mega disgusting and it actually makes a nice change.
And no offence to Dara O'Briain or Simon Amstell but fuuuuuuuuuuuuck, best panel show out there purely because of the eye candy.

One of my housemates for this year is annoying the shit out of me. The other two I love to bits, he was just there to fill our empty room as he's good friends with one of us and knows the rest of us, but he's disagreeing with everything I say and shooting down everything I sort out. Yep, my other housemates are on holiday at the moment but I'm sure they will side with me on their return so it'll by 3 vs.1 in the end.
On a good note, I found some old looney tunes and tom and jerry videos whilst tidying out Rob's bedroom that we used to watch when we were kids! The wee ones are now glued to the tv, you could hear a pin drop.
No, I already knew mine - we don't have exams, we have coursework so we can resubmit until we've got what we want. We don't get A-E either, we get pass, merit, distinction or not achieved.

I swear to god my brother is not paying me enough to clear out his old bedroom, I just found serious evidence of mice living there at one time or another... I just hope I don't find the actual mouse.
Uggggggggh mice. My best friend had mice in her room (cos her house backs onto a field, not because she's grotty) and she got some hardcore traps from B&Q and one went off proper loud in the middle of the night and the next morning when she got up there were mouse brains on the floor. BLEGH.

Yeah I have two fields really close to my house, and mice have been known to live in our shed before. They also moved into our house whilst we were on holiday once. I think all the noise the kids make probably keeps them away most of the time!
Doesn't suprise me too much they're in his room though, it's a shithole.
V Festival for me this weekend! I don't even know the line-up, all I know is that Katy Perry's gonna be there and I'm gonna try and get off to see her.

Nope it's not hugely pleasant, but I'm skint, so what's a girl to do.
My mum's gone on some mad house-changing bender, it happens every few years, so I'm taking advantage and offering my services for a small fee.
Rob's paid me to tidy out his room, which will become the guestroom, and today I've spent my entire day painting furniture purple with Lily for her bedroom... kids...
