Oh and FP! The trip to the brother's was incredibly pleasant it's like he's a grown-up now! And the pubs in York are epic. We did a ghost tour.

Ahhh ghost tours would creep me the fuck out. I did a Jack the Ripper walk in Whitechapel about 11 o'clock at night and the guy who did it had given Johnny Depp the same tour before he started filming From Hell.

Why is it the old beardy men who get to walk around London with Johnny Depp late at night? PFFT.

I was at the pub with Mika this evening, he invited people down via twitter and he was there and it was actually off the fucking chain. He paid for the whole tab out of his personal bank account, not the label's, his own, and the pub was in Notting Hill so it must have cost him about 10K.

I seriously have never had so much fun. We turned the pub into a club and he was DJing. He put Girls Just Wanna Have Fun on and then stormed onto the dance floor and danced for the whole thing with everyone. And every now and then he put on a song from his new album and he was wandering around and chatting and stuff.

OH MY DAYS I'm on such a Mika high. I'm seeing him play TWO gigs on Friday. Cannot actually wait.

Man you do some interesting things. All I've been doing for the past few days is trying to sort out my stuff for Uni as I move back on Saturday. It's an impossible task let me tell you, I got rid of everything I don't need and it's still never gonna fit into my little car. ARGH!

Yeah it was pretty interesting, haha. There was a random old man dancing when Mika was in the DJ booth and Kel was stood next to him up at the bar and he downed a glass of Jack just like that. He was properly in his 80s, flat cap and everything. I think he just wandered in to see what was going on and there was this massive launch party happening and he ended up dancing with all these girls and Mika took a picture of him and put it on twitter, hahaha.

The best thing I got for going to uni was compression bags for my clothes/bedding/towels etc. They're like giant sandwich bags and you put all your stuff in them, attach your hoover and suck all the air out. They're proper fab and will save you loads of space. Get down to Argos, Lexus. Get the jumbo ones where it's a pack of 2 for £9.99 - it's SO worth it. And don't let the picture fool you, they're about ten times bigger than they seem.

Oh wow what a great idea! Thanks FP. I'm going to town tomorrow so I will pick some up then, you're a life saver that saves at least a suitcase space in the car. How much can you get in them? And do they work with any old hoover then?

Yeah, suitcases are a mega waste of space. I got my duvet and two pillows down so it was about an inch thick, it's brilliant. It's just got a circular plug type thing which fits when you take whatever attachment off. I think it must be a universal size thing, but if it doesn't fit you can shove it in the opening of the bag and do it that way - it probably won't get as small and will probably take a bit longer but still. We didn't have any problems with our hoover, so hopefully yours will be fine too.

Well when I was fucking around I put it on top of my head and I could fit the entire top half of my body in it, with lots of room for movement and breathing. I say get a pack of two, and then if you need anymore, get another set. I got two packs and I know for a fact I won't be using all four.

Omfg. Fucking school. My new class are actually insane. The parents of my new class are also insane and apparently know everything there is to know about education. I want to punch three of them in the face and its only the first day. The fucking goldfish died this afternoon, apparently he decided that he couldn't cope with one day, let alone a year of this. I had three hours sleep last night and I'm going to go and get one more hour before getting up again and working out how the fuck I'm going to solve all the problems that presented themselves today. Someone hug me.

I send you hugs ZR! Lots of them!! Just nod and say 'yes, I totally understand' to ignorant parents then do whatever the fuck you like. Within reason...and within your job description.

As for the goldfish, I think he made a wise choice.

Ohhhhhhhh noes. You'll just have to try and bring them round gradually. Try finding rap collaborations with pop/rock artists and then you can gradually broaden their musical taste. Should kids really be listening to shit about pimps and hoes and guns when they're ten?

Girls Aloud fans may be open to some Katy Perry, try that and then maybe they'll be open to some stuff that's a little bit rockier than a shit cover of 'Stand by you'.

If all else fails, just blast good stuff at them until they become brainwashed.

FP those vaccuum bags are amazing! I brought four in the end and I've managed to get my duvet and pillows in one, my cushions in another and my some of my clothes in the other two. Thanks a million.

I still need to wash my clothes and pack them, but the trouble is is that I wash them, then wear them, and they need washing again. PFFT. I might just wear one pair of jeans for the last week and all my shit t shirts that I'm not taking with me.

I'm ill and i blame the kids who walk past my house to school. I'm not happy because tomorrow is supposed to be hardcore - Mika's doing a last minute gig (or so he says, deets are yet to be announced) in the evening then I'm seeing him at a club night and I won't get home until about 6 am SO if I'm ill all the way through it I am gonna be mega upset. PSSSHT.
