We finish May 31. I think I'm going to New York in June too! Maybe I'll see you there. haha, probably not, it's a big city, but still.

There's a band from long island who I used to talk to a bit (their bassist sent me a load of tshirts and that but he got kicked out a couple of months ago :O) so I really wanna go and see them.

And the bassist, and give him a hug for sending me shirts.

Patent Pending, they're a ska/rock band. They put an album out about 6 months ago and I never bothered downloading it, haha.

Soooo....first day of school today after the holidays. I must say, it wasn't all that different except for first period that changed to my other elective: PE Foundation.

Everyone got the 2nd generation iPod, a digital camera, and something that requires batteries. Srsly. People need to think of more original gifts.

...but the ipod part isn't so bad.

I'm being loyal to the lovely ex-bassist cos he sent me a load of stuff and talked to me loads.

Although, the guitarist did talk to me on aim when I bunked school.

I dunno.

But still, I'll go and see them a) if I get the chance, and b) if I still like them. June's a long way off yet.

I went to Florida when I was seven....don't remember much, although I remember I missed the big walking disney characters terribly when I got back.


Ah, I'm well excited about going to New York, my mum better actually book it because she's been promising me for ages. I need to get a jb though and save up some spending money, and also I need a job so I can afford to run a car...which I should be getting soon, if my dad decides to get off his arse and take me to see some.

I should do something about driving... and getting a job... I keep saying it... but I never do

I'm STOOPID

I decided to give up on jobs, because out of 20 applications I got one interview and then nothing.

But I'm gonna pop down lakeside soon and hand in my cvs to all the shps with vacancies. I love their vacancies board, it makes my life so much easier.

So...I got a letter in the mail from Hollins University in Roanoke, Virginia inviting me to check it out when I have never heard of and certainly did not submit to anything...

'I am delighted to hear that you are interested in the study of English literature and creative writing, and hope that you will consider Hollins as a place where your talents and and ambition can flourish...'

Colleges don't just send out letters to people a thousand miles away as a PERSONAL letter.
