Harry Potter says that Draco Malfoy was the owner of the Elder Wand but wouldn't Snape be the owner since he had killed Dumbledore?

Yeah but it's basically producing illegal copies of the book, which is illegal.
It's like selling pirate dvds...and piracy funds terrorism kids.
And I know he wasn't selling it, but it's still the same principle. |
