It just seems really weird. Him being gay would not only imply, but confirm that he once had sexual relations. And Dumbles having sexual relations is quite a scary thought. |

One doesn't have to have sex to have a sexual preference.
I'm hoping (in a really demented and tragic way) that he lived his life without love, yet still put great influence on it even though it had never worked for him. |

It surprised me when I read it but it makes sense when you think about it.
