Watch Brain Stew/Jaded
The collaborative songs on Insomniac Brain Stew and Jaded were released as one music video directed by Kevin Kerslake December 1995 in Los Angeles. Supposedly Billie Joe got stoned for the filming of Jaded so that he could act the meaning of the song appropriately. Watching the video this fact seems to be true.. the band take a venture around a dull-colored junk yard on a sofa being dragged by a tractor as the low tune of Brain Stew is played, and then the video jumps into the up-beat Jaded with a fast-paced camera and bright color scheme.
