I hate making plans, but I think when it comes to leaving the country it’s better to have some than none xD It’s my first trip abroad with friends; I went camping with just friends last summer, but that was only up in Whitby and that ended with a bunch of my friends coming home early as they got in a mood with half of the people we came with; it was hilarious!
The only problem with getting to Belgium is that we’re doing it by coach, meaning it’ll be a long day! I leave Leeds 10.50am Sunday and then, after killing hours in London, end up in Brussels at 8.30am Monday! Maybe next year I’ll go to Finland instead!
Also, all my summer work is done! I’m going to read some more chapters and make some more notes, but the stuff I have to hand in is done, so I couldn’t be happier. Although, sods’ law; just as I finished work, it’s started raining!
But the pills don’t sound too bad; I was worried they’d have worse effects on you, but at least it’s not too bad, other than having no desired effect. Maybe when you settle down with them they’ll be more successful, or if not maybe go see a doctor just incase?

I’m winging most of it, but I’m off to Belgium with some friends from Uni to visit another Uni friend for a week at the end of august. But luckily I’ve felt better for the past week or so, so I’ve been out and about & it’s been brilliant! & I have started my summer work; going to be good and do some more this afternoon too; as much as I love it, the amount of effort required on sunny days is not good.
I know what you mean about a place just feeling right; it sounds like an amazing place to be, I majorly want to visit out there at some point; maybe next summer xD
Oh and looking at the label is never a good idea; you’ll pick the worst symptom and be convinced you’re dying of it. But I wouldn’t worry about it too much, you’ll be totally fine, if a little drowsy xD

Don't worry about it, I've just moved back to Leeds for the summer and I spent the first few weeks heavily ill with glandular fever, so I've not even had the energy to be online half the time, let alone reply to anything xD So to answer your question, I've been up to basically nothing so far!
It sounds like you had an amazing time in Finland, but it really sucks about work and you having to see the doctor. I just hope you get through it relatively soon and can go back to Finland and have a brilliant time. What's it like out there? It's not a country I hear much about if I'm honest, so my knowledge of it is slim xD
My exams went well, I got a 2:1 and have no summer resits so I can't complain, but I do have summer work, so I'm not too happy with that, but I'll cope, it's not too much work! I'll start work on it soon...maybe....

Durham has really weird term times for some reason; exams finish at the end of may but then we have to stay for a month and basically just party xD It could not be more fun…after all the exams of course xD & Sadly I haven’t burnt or blown anything up since I got to uni! They don’t even let us use Bunsen burners, it’s all hot plates! I don’t even think they have fire anywhere near the lab…it’s sad! It’s a good time for a holiday though; as my exams don’t start til the 17th May or something, so I could take off some time at the beginning to have a proper break without worrying about revision…something which I spent 7 hours on yesterday! D: I love it, but it’s going to kill me, without a doubt xD
Ah, see the uniform could be worse! One of my friends works at McDonalds; that’s not the most flattering of uniforms ever…KFC is pretty bad as well. Just in general, fast food uniforms! & if the work’s not too hard and you get away with murder half the time, then it doesn’t sound like too bad a place to be! I think I need to get a job over the summer but I have no idea doing what, so I’m thinking I’ll be casually looking for one without much effort xD
I’m glad you had an awesome time in Finland! Last June is an epically long time ago, so well done on you for coping that long xD It’s a good sign though if you don’t do much but still have an awesome time, and staying 3 days longer? It must have been a brilliant time!
Snow though? So jealous! Seriously, I love snow xD To the point that I could write at least 1000 words on why I love it so much xD
