I only have a couple of friends and I don't share any of my classes with them so I seem like a loner most of the time. I'm more of that sort of person you know and hang out with if your other friends have ditched you. I just made a myspace so I'm still figuring out the stuff to it before I do anything. xD
I don't either. I just like that one song....
I don't have anything to look forward to. =/

oh wow
well my friend, she goes to my school, and every class has a trail of at least two boys following her around, teasing her, all that. what gets me the most is she doesnt like most of them, and so when she's told them, that, you know, she doesnt want to go out with them, they ALL say that they'll wait, they'll always have feelings for her if she ever changes her mind. literally. all of them. even my ex. its ridiculous.

wow
its really really wierd how similar our situations are. My friend is just like that, she doesnt intend to be flirty but she's so bubbly and out there (whereas I'm quieter and more withdrawn, that all of our guy friends have liked her at one point, and now my ex. i really cant stand it sometimes. well, all the time really.

I can't really find good friends I can relate to around here. Guys or girls. Well, I have this one friend that's pretty close.... But my parents can't let go either. That's why we got a kitten. :D Now they an target their old people pessimism on to her. My mom is the same with the whole guy thing. Parents jump to conclusions too often.
I check ticketmaster about every second month... But I'm assuming myspace is a better way.
TPC is pretty awesome. <3
There should be more all-ages. Marianas Trench does a lot of those sort of shows but I can't be arsed to go to any of their shows. T_T
I've never been to the CCC but I've seen it before. I can't really say I like either of them more beause I've only been to crappy big shows. I don't go to oncerts too much.
Sorry I randomly disappeared on the thinking thread. My internet sh*tted on me.

Hey
you quoted me on the frienemies thread, saying you were going through the same thing with a flirty friend?
just wanted to say hi =]
cause it sucks, doesnt it?

My sister tried to explain to me why my parents were so tough on me and she just said 'because you're a girl and you an get raped.' >.>
My parents barely trust any of my friends. And the ones they do tend to be the bad influences. Their a bit slow when it omes to those things (no offense to them.)
Tbh, anyone who likes Nickelbak needs to go to a mental hospital. I don't check listings for shows so I tend to miss most of the good ones. =[
Tokyo Police Club. There were so many fliers for that show!
I love Mute Math. Bands should understand the majority of their listeners can't legally drink!

My sister's my size and she's 11 years older! My brother looks like a 16 year old when he doesn't have a beard... it's pretty weird. And when he does have a beard he looks like a terrorist.
Well that just sucks. I was planning to go there this weekend. >.<
My parents are the same. Unless I go with a sibling, they won't have any problem. I can't go to a concert alone, though. I have to bring a cellphone, and an adult must drop me off and pick me up. As for the whole drugs issue, my brother does pot and my mom just gave him crap for being too young. I'll never understand my parents. They're easy on my brother but not on me and my sister. >.>
20-30 dollars? Wow. The concerts I've been to cost $50.
Urgh. The same thing happened with me and TPC. I hate it when bands don't have all-ages shows. >.<

I wear some of my brother's old shirts. In fact, I'm wearing one right now. o_o
W49 does suck. I heard that some place in downtown called "The Rock Shop" has a whole bunch of cool stuff. I might check out that place, but I'm betting it's gonna be more heavy metal stuff and personally, I'm not into heavy metal. I don't go to concerts (my parents say I have to buy tickets with my own money =/ ).
I have to make a MySpace account first, but they'll be sorry they never came to Vancouver!
neen bean, November 17th, 2007 at 12:23:20am
I wear handmedowns. xD Me and my sister are the same size so I borrow her clothes. As for band t-shirts, I can't find a good store for them. W49 has some but, y'know, they're just... ugh.
I always read before I got o sleep. It's almost a habit. Calms me down a lot.
*gets angry e-mail ready*

I actually like malls. :shifty: But, like you, I can never find anything. I like window shopping, tbh. And Chapters. *loves books*
I have protective parents, too. My siblings stick up for me so it evens it out and makes life better. I don't really wanna be with them, either, but I definately have plans for moving out. Hopefully my sister gets her own house so I can move in with her.
Dammit. I think I'm gonna e-mail them and force them to come here!

That's why I like Metro. So much to do!
I'm planning on going to UBC and then moving away somewhere new. Perhaps New York?
I concurr. :D

By the way, I love Muse. xD
neen bean, November 13th, 2007 at 06:05:42am
I've never been to the mall you just mentioned. Nor have I heard about it. There are so many malls here...
West Van does seem a bit boring. I want to live near English Bay though. That would be awesome...
neen bean, November 13th, 2007 at 06:05:23am
I haven't been to that one. I've only been to Metro and the one in Guildford Mall.
I don't mind Surrey too much, though. The crackheads know they shouldn't mess with me. :raspa
neen bean, November 13th, 2007 at 03:25:00am
Do you go to Metro for movies? I can see why that's an inconvenience, then.
Surrey has an equal amount of crackheads as kids. It's not a great place for youth either but there's malls and stuff nearby so they're content. But, tbh, I have drug dealers in almost all my classes.
