Nah.
It'll go out of fashion in, say, five or ten years, once the films and videogames and everything has died down and this supposed encyclopedia is published. Then in thirty or forty years, it'll undergo a revival and become 'retro' like everything else does. Then we, as old people, will become cool in the eyes of our children because we're retro HP fans etc. 
anyway this is offtopic We should make a HP society like the Sherlock Holmes one
Anyways, I hope Arthur doesnt die, I love his muggle-manic too much  |

It's foreshadowing.
You'll look back afterwards and you'll think omg foreshadowing, but you don't always catch it when you read it first time. I've reread it many times and I always wisked it away. I always thought it was Molly just losing her marbles under stress, that happens to me a lot  |

I don't see it being Molly either, though I could be wrong.
Oh, and i don't see Bill dying either because of the werewolf thing.
But i guess some characters might have a lot of misfortune and it doesn't matter if they almost died in previous books. |
