I feel like we're part of something political here.
It's kind of hard to explain. But its like this website it a city or town or state of some sort. It has its own government. It has its own riots and rebels. Its...a place to have a life but its not real life.
When there's no one on, there's a calm, quiet sort of feeling. When everyone's on, it feels crowded, like there's a city event going on.
And with the recent freak-out about certain decisions made by the admins, it feels like we're going through some sort of inner crisis or Civil War.
I know this is a short blog, but I can't think of how else to describe it. Its like we're working through a crisis with town meetings or something. There's even factions and sides.
Its a website. We're on the internet. There are people on here from at least ten different countries. Possibly twenty. But it feels like we are a nation. GSB is a nation.
Maybe we should have a flag. This sounds stupid.
But it really does feel like we're part of a political area, something outside the control of other areas. We expanded our territory into Mibba.com, but were quickly overrun by those from bordering imnotokay.net. Now, some of the GSBians swim through Mibba as refugees or have made a new home there.
Actually, now that I think about it (and on a much less retarded note) everytime someone gets banned on here, they settle down on Mibba and bother everyone on the journals there. I won't mention names, but I believe we know of whom I speak. And its not just that one person either. Lots of people do it.

Love the flag idea. I suggest black with the heart hand grenade logo in the center with GSB written across the heart. Or a green background with a black bomb with GSB written in white across the shell. Kind of like the bombs in the "Holiday" video. I don't like the fighting, though. I'll be glad when things settle down.

During the whole censorship thing, I was thinking the exact same thing. Even though its a website, it is as if we have politics like a country.
