I Wrote Them A Letter

Hello Billie Joe, Mike, & Tre Cool <3


My name is Michelle. I am a really big fan of you guys. I love you and your music.
People look at me funny when I go up to a clerk in a store and ask if they have anything Green Day. And I’m like “well fuck you if you don’t like them, I adore them.” And then I walk off. Haha. When I saw the Trailor for The Simpsons Movie when I went to see Surf’s up, I SCREAMED AND SAID “THAT’S GREEN DAY PEOPLE!”
I wanted them to know that I was a fan and that im proud :}D (<it has a mustache lol)
And when I saw Surf’s Up with my boyfriend and some of my crazy friends, we got the theater to ourselves. When they played Welcome to Paradise, I screamed so loud and started dancing and running around like the hyper teenager I am. I love your music so much.

Im not sure if your actually going to read this but I hope you do. I can’t wait til you go on tour again. I want to meet my heros so freakin bad. Especially Tre. You are my Hero (well so are Billie Joe and Mike) but I adore you. Time after time have I been sitting in class and start randomly laughing my ass off because of something you said in an interview or start singing Dominated Love Slave while walking with my friends and they stare at me and I way “what? Its Tre Cool. Get used to it!”

Mike. You are awesome. I also play Bass :}D but im not as good as you are…and no one can compare to you. I play guitar too but Bass is what I do. I constantly go into stores and pull a Bass down from the wall and play the main Riff to Longview and people come up to me saying “how do you know that?” and I say “Mike Dirnt taught me” HAHAHA!

Billie Joe…you are just amazing. I don’t know how you juggle a singing career and a family. I would love to be a rockstar when I grow up. Its just something I always wanted to be. I am going to school for Graphic Arts/Web Design and im also playing music as a side project. I’ve had gigs before with my friends and I end up singing and playing bass and I think…”wow, its like im Mike and Billie Joe put together” lol. I love to sing. In Fact, just the other day I was at a karaoke party and I sang, Walking Contradiction, Warning, Basket Case, and Brain Stew :}D and I had so much fun.

I hope that one day I will meet you. If I did, that would be the greatest thing to happen in my life because I love you all so fucking much. I can’t wait til the new album comes out (someone said July 2008 but I don’t know, I hope it comes out soon cuz I can’t wait) and wish that I could be just like you…
