Posts: 586 | August 13th, 2005 at 03:39am I believe that birth starts at conception but i dont think birth control is murder. I think its a smart way to protect yourself. If your going to have sex then be responsible and use protection ie the pill or condoms. I think its better than abortions, plus many teens or adults cant take care of babies and its not fair to anyone. Lots of people dont believe in birth control and end up with many kids that they cant take care of and thats not right either. It should be legal to get the pill. I think we should teach people to be protected and safe if they are going to have sex. You cant stop people so you at least educate them and give them protection. I must say though that i think we should make people aware of the effects and such. Its also think though that its not a get out of jail free card. |

i personally think that once the egg is fertilized, thats a human, its just being built, but its still a human
some types of birth control prevent the fertilised egg from being implanted, leading to its breakdown - namely the IUD (intra-uterine device - aka the coil) and the morning after pill
other forms of birth control prevent the fertilisation from happening -
such as condoms, femi-doms, the pill, the mini-pill, implants (normally in your arm), the contraceptive patch, spermicide, the cap and the sponge. |
