I agree with my friend. I think Green Day is punk because of the same reason. Plus, have you ever actually noticed how Green Day sounds? They don't sound like any other band out there. A lot of the bands now a days have either a goth or emo sound. But Green Day has a different sound that I can't even describe.[/quote]

now when i think about it, green day do have their own sound and they cant be compared to any other band, and they are different and dont care about any bad critisism [sp?] they get. And that to me is great
