I've had the best night's rest ever in months! But i still kept waking up during the night... I slept at the opposite end of my bed.. according to an article in TeenVouge (don't ask), artificial light from TVs and computer screens prevents your brain from producing a sleep-inducing hormone that happens when it's dark. So at a set time, get off the computer and turn of the Tv and all your lights, and hit the hay.

I've been feeling really down lately. I don't know what to do to cheer myself up. 'Cause I'm grounded, I've got no ipod, no cellphone, and no computer (i snuck on).
