I'm a Green Day fan too, and I'd defend them to the death, but honestly, I found that coment completely disgusting. I mean, really, ugly? Is that your reason for not liking Oasis? At least come up with something better than that, because it's just ignorant and shallow.
If you want to say all their songs are alike, be specific and maybe people will listen.
I personally think all your credibility was lost with the latter statement though.

Yeah, that's the "Boulevard of Broken Songs" there are bits from all sorts of songs in that but it's mainly BOBD and Wonderwall.
I really wouldn't say they sound alike.
Maybe Noel just has to accept that they're both rockstar's and therefore, there's a chance that some songs are gonna sound similar.
I dunno. Oh well. Oasis fans will like Wonderwall, and Green Day fans will like BOBD - and some people [like me] will like both. I don't think it's that much of a big deal. |
