For something that looks so gruesome in the process, the outcome is actually quite interesting, and not as sloppy as I thought it would be.
Do you know how it's done? Like what kind of "tools" are used and such?
erm, tbh, i'm not quite sure. I am into body modification, but scarification is something i'm not interested in, so i've never cared to research it properly. I'm guessing it's some sort of blade, if it's cutting they use. I don't know if it's a special sort of blade or whatever though.
But that chinese lady came out beautifully. It does look like a tattoo.

Oh wow, that looks....awesome. Sounds insanely painful but I can see myself getting, like, a small design done. Maybe. I'll have to read about it but it does look really cool.

I'm trying to get my dad to let me get my eyebrow done
Eyebrow piercings are surface piercings, just to let you know.

Really?
...Oh wow, I guess they are. o.o
....
Still, though. Always thought it looked cool anyway. xD
I think it´s okay but in my opinion there should be a limit. Did someone watched the film Body Modification? We watched it at school and it shoked me realy much on some points.
tbh, all i really wanted to say, reading other posts, was already said, but to hell with it.
I don't have any piercings or tattoos myself, well, apart from a self-made barely visible star by my left wrist that looks like a coffee stain. But I'm getting my ears pierced maybe later this summer and at some point get gauges, been wanting that for around half a year or so, I think they look really cool, apart from those that are just way too big. And I also want to get some tattoos on my arms and back. None of those cliché girly stuff, no offence.
I'm not a big fan of scarification or ankle tattoos or those tattoos that people get done impulsively without second thoughts and then regret 'em. Thats idiotic.
On the whole, if you want it and you like it, its your body, you do what you want, and you pay the price if in the end you regret what you did. Its life, gotta accept things as they are, take risks and live until you die.
