Green Day: Rock Band

Yeah there was one for the Nintendo yearrrrssss back, but that was intended to teach people to play.
Should be interesting to see how they use it in a Rock Band game... one of those things that will be either hugely successful or just fail miserably.

They should make a keytar.

I think it could work, though since there would be a lot more notes to hit I don't really understand how screen division would work in multiplayer. And also, they're going to run out of colours

I was in London for the last 2 days, I went to 2 different massive HMV's on Oxford Street to ask is Green Day will be doing a signing. One said no and the other said to keep checking the upcoming events page on their website.. hmmm

I think they might.. by the way the guy said it. He's probably been told not to tell any weird people wearing Green Day t shirts

Hmm. I don't know where to get mine from and I still need to figure out if British instrument packs will work with my American Wii.

I may be wrong here, but I doesn't the wii use the wiimote (sp?) as the controller but slotted into a guitar casing sort of thing. So, wouldn't it be the wiimote itself that's connecting to the console and not guitar?
I'm not really sure though...

Nope thats for guitar hero, the wii has a wireless guitar that connects to a little remote thing you plug into a usb in the back of the wii. Drums and mic are wired and plug into the usb thing too, so they probably should work

FYI - the British hardware should work with the US system. Or so Game tell me.

But anyways I was watching the Rock Band video of East Jesus Nowhere, and I've decided that the band looks like a bunch of stiffs.

I pre ordered yesterday
