Green Day recording the Simpsons theme song
For the new Simpsons movie (that Green Day will be appearing in), Green Day will be recording the infamous Simpsons theme song on the sound track — Except, punker. On July 24, three days before the film opens in U.S. theaters, Warner Bros. Records will put out the Green Day single.
Green Day's cover of Working Class Hero has also climbed from 25 to 14 on this week's Billboard Modern Rock chart.

wtf? Why is the Simpsons' theme tune "infamous".
Infamous means something that is famous for a negative reason, like the infamous terrorist attacks on September 11th 2001. The Simpsons theme tune is FAMOUS... not infamous ¬_¬
