OWEN: Suddenly, we get this woman turn up. Who claims to have known his father.
TOSHIKO: And she promptly dies.
GWEN: I shouldn't say anything, but…

GWEN: The photos of Jack's Dad looked very much like Jack.
TOSHIKO: Noooo! Get away.
OWEN: Blow me. He over-moisturises.
TOSHIKO: So, we're working for a pensioner. Riiight.
OWEN: Did you ask him about it?
GWEN: Not as such, no.

OWEN: We're back to the gay thing, aren't we?
TOSHIKO: We still know so little about him. He gossips like my Auntie, but it never adds up.
OWEN: Yeah. Is it that he doesn't trust us?

TOSHIKO: You're holding back on us!

TOSHIKO: Suzie did, I think.

GWEN: When I was still with the police, we tried looking into his background. Pretty much nothing.

GWEN: We've got more information on you, Owen.

OWEN: Anyway, this is all about Jack. Where's he from? What's his story? Can we really trust him?
TOSHIKO: He's got such a pretty smile.

Me too! I love the whole Jack, Gwen, Owen triangle thing, all it's missing is for Toshiko to fall for Ianto and for him to fancy Owen or something like that. Fucked up working relationships are always hilarious! I know! Although, on LJ there's a lot of speculation that Tosh is lesbian and loads of people want her and Gwen to get together, but I think her and Owen would be cute together (has anyone else seen the photo of them on the Torchwood site?).
I personally subscribe to the theory that Jack has Ianto over his desk every evening.  |
