Who's been to one? And what are they like? My parents keep telling me I'm too young Dx. Cause I live about 20 minutes away from Los Angelos, and they went to LA, and I asked my parents, and they said I was too young! I know what Billie Joe does, they know I watch there concerts on stuff. Dx AND I cant watch my sisters Bullet In a Bible because I'm 'too young'.
Anyway. Whats it like to be at a Green Day concert?

Ahhh... I went through about, 10 pages I didn't find one.
Well, it makes it kind of exciting if I've never been to one.
yea no, i havent either... uh, most ive done is saw milton keynes in theater... but that really doesnt count except for fact that i saw them perform on a GIANT screen in really nice comfy seats
I saw them at Giants Stadium in Sept.. hence the reason for 9/1 in my sig. Considering it was my first concert... I thought it was awesome. They sound really good live and BJ was good at like "controlling" the audience.
Must admit, the older songs were better.. I usually don't care but they have a lot of energy and you can tell better when you're there. Normally I hate Minority.. but it was definitely one of my favorite parts of the show.

You're not too young, if you had floor seats you might even get to go onstage and play with a supersoaker. But yeah, the concerts are awesome.
And tickets are usually pretty cheap if you get them early.
Mine were only 35 and I got front row seats
They're smart. I mean they sell out faster if they're cheaper and more popular. They'd still probably sell out if they weren't cheap.. but its not "punk" or whatever.
I just liked that the tix were cheap. End of story hah

I got mine six months before the concert (seat tickets), and they cost me $120 for two. That's about sixty bucks each, which isn't bad considering everywhere else had them for $75+.

Thats what rocks about living in Ventura CA. Billie Joe and his kids live in Oakland CA, about 30 minutes from me <3 so the might to another here.
okay being at a green day concert is so awsome it was my first GD concert on 9\26\05 damn they were so awsome. the show was just such an experince it took my breath AWAY god even tho my seats sucked i got to see them ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh and i got billie joe's autograph!

They are the BEST concert I've been to, they get involved, especially if you in the mosh pit
