God, I hope she doesnt do something crazy and run on an independent ticket or something O_O
I could totally see her doing that o_o
I'm sort of hoping Obama asks Gore to be his running mate. Although I doubt that'll happen. =\

No she hasn't backed out yet. I don't think so, anyway. She said she wasn't going to make any campaign decisions tonight. Even though she's CLEARLY lost. Which I figured would happen. She just won't let go. -_-
well actually think of it this way if she did back out tonight then news coverage is going to be all about that, she's a Clinton. Yet in waiting for the morning she's giving Obama the spotlight.
Well the people on CNN made a good point. If she backed out last night and threw her support over to Obama it could have helped unite the democratic party.

Yeah I think I heard that she's helping.
I was just reading about what Jimmy Carter said:
"Mr. Carter, who endorsed Obama for president on Tuesday, said the ticket should include someone who can compensate for Obama's youthfulness and lack of long experience in military and international affairs." Source.
And I really agree with that. It would really help Obama in the general election against McCain since so many people will be supporting him based on his military experience and age. He'd have more opportunities to steal McCain's supporters. =)
Yet in waiting for the morning she's giving Obama the spotlight.
Not really. Watching the news last night, there was way more discussion about what the hell Hillary might be thinking than Obama winning. Most of the headlines went something like... "Obama won..BUT HILLARY IS STILL IN IT!!!1"

Yeah. That is ALL I sad on tv today. There were a few moments where they mentioned Obama but it was BREAKING NEWS for a couple hours that Hillary was being forced to concede on Friday.

^ Any candidate that I have to look up, is probably not somebody I would consider voting for...if I could vote... He's made a big huge thing against pot. He's not the guy I want.
My mother said she would vote for Obama on my behalf if I washed her car once a month until the election. Which I will be doing.

Aw, yay! Getting more people involved in voting is awesome. Since it's pretty much the only "control" we have over our government. Even though the system is so ridiculous. lol.

I've read three or four op-ed pieces in my local paper about how Hillary was "unfairly forced to drop out" because of "sexist men" in the government. Absolute nonsense in my opinion. I came across a very well-written piece that pointed out that if positions had been reversed, and Obama had done even half of what Hillary had done, then the feminists would have been all up in arms over that, when in reality.
Also, many Hillary supporters are refusing to vote for Obama, and instead voting for McCain, who is pro-life, and almost the opposite of Hillary. Makes no sense to me.
