I couldn't care less what people think of what I wear, what I listen to, what my hairstyle is, the fact that I read what I read, or watch what I watch now. Before I didn't have any real friends-now I have one's that accept me for who I am. Before I found Green Day I just spewed off what my family believed when asked for mine, but now my beliefs are my own. Before Green Day I didn't have music. They introduced me to Rancid, Screeching Weasel, The Clash, The Ramones, The Who, Op Ivy, Social D, and basically all the bands I listen to.Green Day changed my life and I love them for it. |

but green day has basically saved me from myself i guess you could say. helped me through depression and hurting myself, if i got really upset, i'd just play some green day and i'd feel better :] i had an issue for about 3 years with a panic disorter that ran my life, i could never leave the house because i'd have real bad panic attacks, and i missed so much school they kicked me out, and i was under a whole crap load of stress, but being a green day fan got me out of all those bad emotions and made me smile :] so yeah they are pretty much amazing <3 |

Also, since I began listening to GD, I have a whole new appreciation for musicians now. |

They made me passionate about music and Tre made me want to play the drums and now I've been drumming for almost 10 years. They have also made me feel more free and more comfortable with myself. They also taught me to question things rather than just accept things as fact. |
