Ha Ha You're Dead song meaning

In this song the narrator is expressing his feelings towards a person he truly hates. He's saying that they've hurt a lot of people and have always been a disgusting person unworthy of respect. And now they're going down - either actually dying or just majorly failing at something. Obviously, the narrator is glad to see that person fail or even die - they've hurt him so much that he's ready to openly express his joy: "I'll be happy, so I won't pretend". His hatred and disgust are so strong that they outweigh all politeness and guilt that could stop him from laughing at someone else's tragedy - he's clearly saying that this person deserves to be laughed at, as he proudly says "Ha-ha, you're dead!"
